Pennsylvania Display in Workplace Required

Beginning January 2026, Pennsylvania employers with 50 or more full-time employees must display a new Veterans’ Benefits and Services Notice in the workplace. The poster informs employees about available state and federal veterans’ benefits and provides contact details for the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, county veterans’ affairs offices, and the VA Crisis Line.
