DBI charges $197 one-time service fee for the USA Phone Number Service (you select City/State) with Utility Bill Proof.

Our USA phone company service provider charges a monthly line charge of $75.00 ($15 per line; 6 lines minimum required) plus government taxes, fees and surcharges. There is NO installation fee.

You can cancel any time with 30 days written notice. You will receive a phone number utility bill from the phone company for these services in your COMPANY NAME and at your address. The address that you provide should have a separate suite number.

The first billiing charges require 2 months advance payment. Account access through secure software (VPN) is necessary to avoid lockout. Bills not paid will be sent to a debt collection agency after 60 days overdue. 

Please allow 30-45 business days for installation of the phone number. You should receive the USA phone number "utility bill" within 30-45 days.*
