Vermont to Increase Minimum Wage
As of January 1, 2021, Vermont's minimum wage stands at $11.75 per hour. This rate applies to all standard employees in the state, with some exceptions for specific industries and categories of workers. Effective January 1, 2026, Vermont’s Minimum Wage will increase from $14.01 to $14.42 per hour.
