West Virginia Annual Report and Annual Fee Due on or Before June 30 Each Year

On or before June 30 each year, all West Virginia domestic and foreign corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships are required to file an annual report. 

LLC, Corporation, Non-Profit fees:  An additional $1.00 online processing fee will apply to all online filings. If received by July 1: $25.  If received after July 1: $75. (includes $50. late fee).

LLP fees:  An additional $1. online processing fee will apply to all online filings. The annual fee is $500.
