Can I reserve a corporation name in advance of formation?
Yes. A name may be reserved for a period of 120 days. There is a $15 filing fee to reserve a corporation name.
Does New Hampshire require a principal office?
Yes. New Hampshire requires a principal office. The office must be a physical address.
Does New Hampshire permit a mailing address?
Yes. You can list a mailing address with New Hampshire. A PO Box IS acceptable.
